Effective Date: from 14 February to 21 February 2026
Sponsor: Aurelius Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By entering the Photo Submission Contest (the “Contest”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
VALENTINE’S DAY LOVE STORY CONTEST
The winner will be chosen at random from all participants who submitted their photo and email address between 14 February [09.00h CET] and 21 February 2026 [23.59h CET]. The winner will be contacted by email in the week after 21 February 2026 via the email address that they have used to participate in our Love Story Contest. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
ELIGIBILITY
Only one entry (with up to 3 photos) will be accepted per person; multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Subscribers under the age of 18 will have to obtain the approval of parents or legal guardians to enter the Contest. Aurelius Jewelry may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. Aurelius Jewelry may exclude any participants who are not able to provide us with such proof. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must submit an original photograph of their purchased item from Aurelius Jewelry via the submission form and provide accurate contact information.
No new purchase is necessary to enter or win.
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
By submitting a photo, participants confirm that:
- The image is original and taken or commissioned by them.
- They own all rights to the photograph.
- The photo does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- The image does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates these terms.
LICENSE & PROMOTIONAL USE
By submitting a photo, participants grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, and distribute the submitted photo.
- Use the photo for promotional, marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes.
- Share the photo across platforms including, but not limited to, social media, website content, email marketing, advertisements, and printed materials.
Participants understand and agree that:
- No additional compensation will be provided beyond the Contest rewards.
- The Company may edit the photo for formatting, branding, or marketing purposes.
- The Company is not obligated to use any submitted photo.
Participants waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
PARTICIPATION REWARD
Each eligible participant will receive:
- A personalized coupon code for 15% off a future purchase.
- Coupon codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to expiration as specified in the issued code.
GRAND PRIZE
One participant will receive a personalized silver necklace featuring a solid silver pendant of their choice (subject to availability and design limitations).
The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize is not transferable.
WINNER
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random.
Winner will be notified via the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
Each participant agrees that, by participating in a contest, Aurelius Jewelry may disclose the winner’s first name without additional approval being required, including posting on Aurelius Jewelry social media accounts or the newsletter. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Participation in the Contest.
- Acceptance or use of any prize.
- Use of submitted photographs.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
Aurelius Jewelry reserves its right to cancel the contest at any time or change the Contest Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Such changes shall have immediate effect upon their publication.
These Contest Terms and Conditions apply to any and all Contests organized by Aurelius Jewelry.
AGREEMENT
By submitting a photo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
