Whether you are buying unique engagement rings or just would like to decide if you should go with the 14k or 18k gold necklace – we have prepped a list of the most frequently asked questions about jewelry.

Production Time

How long will it take to get my items?

Most of our items are made-to-order, and the current production time is 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the chosen materials. Platinum and sourcing individual gemstones for a custom order may prolong the process.

I'm in a hurry. Can I still order?

Yes! We offer rush orders for a small additional fee (depending on the number of items) to guarantee delivery in the minimum time needed to complete your order. Before the purchase, please verify with our customer care agent if the rush order option is available for your item.

Shipping Information

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

Shipping costs $65, and we ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to North America and 1-3 business days within Europe. Delivery to other countries can take 3-7 business days. Holidays or unpredicted weather conditions may affect the delivery time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your package is ready to begin its journey, we will forward you a tracking number.

Will my package be insured?

Yes! Your package will be insured for the total value and will require a signature upon delivery. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at any time.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties depend on your country’s import laws. This is standard practice for international purchases, and the payment is the buyer’s responsibility. Please research your country’s customs policies and prices. Your order will be shipped from Slovenia (EU). Shipping to other Member states of the European Union does not require payment of customs duties.

Customization

Can I pick the stone for my Moss Agate/Salt and Pepper Diamond/etc.? Ring?

Yes! One-of-a-kind stones can vary in color dramatically, and because we want you to be delighted with your ring, you will be able to pick your favorite stone(s).

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! We are always open to collaborations with our customers. To get things started, fill out our Custom Order form or contact us directly.

Can custom orders be returned?

Per our policies, customized and/or engraved orders are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

Payment Information

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer payment plans with up to four installments at a 0% interest rate. Contact us before purchase to discuss different payment options.

Warranty

Is my jewelry under warranty?

Yes! Every item comes with a 12-month warranty. It covers any potential issues that might be considered production errors. However, it does not cover damage due to improper use and excessive force (for example, hitting it against hard surfaces to the point of bending it, causing deep scratches, etc.) or signs of regular wear-and-tear. Even after the warranty runs out, you can contact us, and we’ll sort everything out!

Resizing

Can my ring be resized?

If by any chance you pick the incorrect ring size or if it changes over time, we’ll be happy to arrange a resizing. Payment of return shipping is required (and re-importing fees, if applicable). Full eternity rings cannot be resized and require a remake. The remake fee depends on the ring’s design.
