Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, no questions asked.
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately either by on-site chat or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Aurelius Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Aurelius Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Engraved jewelry items or items customized or items personalized may not be returned. All Aurelius Jewelry engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, engraving fees are non-refundable.
Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns without an Aurelius Jewelry Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase.
To return an item to Aurelius Jewelry, please follow the process below:
- Initiate a return by contacting us on email email@example.com or by our contact form here on site.
- Arrange shipping and insurance for the item to be returned. We suggest using FedEx – we use their service for shipping. Insurance coverage can be purchased separately through Parcel Pro at a rate. To take advantage of this option, just mention it when speaking to our support. Alternatively, should you wish to use your own method of return, please be sure to confirm that your local carrier will insure your jewelry to the value that was paid.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials and make sure you write your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. If your return is for refund or exchange, please include the full content of the shipment, like when receiving it. Returning it damaged or partially including the contents will result in replacement costs.
Returns are processed on weekdays. Typically returns get processed by us within 24 business hours of receipt. Once this happens you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been received and will be checked for the state of returned goods and the actual content. This process usually takes from five to 15 business days to complete.
If you are expecting a refund, depending on your purchase payment gateway, a credit will be submitted. For bank transfers, it can take up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Bank wire refunds typically take seven to 10 business days after the return has been processed. Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.
Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times, if this happens you will be notified.
If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment with tracking information like you did when ordering the first time.
If you would like to change or cancel an order please get in touch with us using either on-site chat or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Order cancelation is possible within 24hours from placing it.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.
Re-routing packages to alternate addresses are not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
