The winner will be chosen at random from all new newsletter subscribers who submitted their email addresses between 14 November [09.00h CET] and 28 November 2022 [23.59h CET] and used their custom coupon code by 30 November [23.59h CET].
The winner will be contacted by email in the week after 30 November 2022 via the email address that they have used to subscribe to our newsletter and shipped to the address provided with their purchase.
ELIGIBILITY
Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Subscribers under the age of 18 will have to obtain the approval of parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaway. Aurelius Jewelry may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. Aurelius Jewelry may exclude any participants who are not able to provide us with such proof. Employees of Aurelius Jewelry are not eligible to participate.
DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The giveaways will start and close on the dates specified on the Aurelius Jewelry website, newsletter, and/or social media. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be the personalized Aurelius Jewelry silver necklace as indicated in the Giveaway announcement. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
PERSONAL DATA
Each newsletter subscriber agrees that, by participating in a giveaway, Aurelius Jewelry may disclose the winner’s first name without additional approval being required, including posting on Aurelius Jewelry’s social media accounts or the newsletter.
